General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with South Bay Cave Breaks LLC, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and South Bay Cave Breaks LLC.

Under no circumstances shall South Bay Cave Breaks LLC or its team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if South Bay Cave Breaks LLC or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

South Bay Cave Breaks LLC will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

Live Box Breaks & Fulfillment

As a participant in our live box breaks, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions specific to the sports card breaking industry:

No Guarantee of Hits: Purchasing a spot in a live break does not guarantee that you will receive any specific cards, players, or monetary value. You are purchasing a service and a chance at the cards distributed during the live stream.
Strict No Refund Policy: Once a live stream has commenced or the factory seal on any product has been broken, all sales are strictly final. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.
Manufacturer Defects & Missing Hits: South Bay Cave Breaks LLC is not responsible for factory defects, damaged cards straight from the pack, or boxes missing their guaranteed hits. In the event of a manufacturer error, we will provide you with the necessary empty wrappers and box UPC codes upon request so you can initiate a quality assurance claim directly with the manufacturer (e.g., Topps or Panini).

Payment

If you pay for any of our one-time payment plans, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account for the Service in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time that each fee or charge is due and payable. Your Payment Provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card account, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms to determine your rights and liabilities with respect to your Payment Provider.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or South Bay Cave Breaks LLC. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
