Live Breaks & Sealed Product Refunds
Due to the volatile market nature of sports cards and the specific nature of live box breaking, we follow a strict refund policy to ensure transparency, efficiency, and fairness for all collectors:

No Returns on Live Breaks: Once a live stream has commenced or the factory seal on any product has been broken, all sales are strictly final. We DO NOT allow returns, refunds, or exchanges for any spots purchased in a live break.

No Guarantee of Value: Purchasing a spot in a live break does not guarantee that you will receive specific cards, players, or monetary value. Refunds are NOT given for any break purchases based on the outcome of the cards pulled.

Sealed Product Returns: For personal unopened, factory-sealed boxes purchased, we DO NOT allow returns or exchanges once the item has been shipped or picked up. We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we cannot guarantee they have not been tampered with, ensuring our customers always get untampered, factory-fresh products.

Order Cancellation (Prior to Break or Shipping): If you cancel an order before we process it, before it dispatches for shipping, and before a live break stream begins, a refund may be processed at our discretion.

Manufacturer Defects: South Bay Cave Breaks LLC is not liable for factory defects, damaged cards straight from the pack, or boxes missing their guaranteed hits. In these instances, you must file a quality assurance claim directly with the manufacturer (e.g., Topps, Panini). We will provide you with the necessary wrappers and box UPC codes upon request to assist with your claim.

Transit Damages: We take utmost care while packing your hits and products to ensure they are secure. South Bay Cave Breaks LLC is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation by third-party carriers.
